Work Standards
Appearance
- Arrive in full uniform (no changing at the customer’s residence)
- Hats must face forward – no backward caps
- Use restrooms for any clothing changes
- Only work boots allowed – no sneakers or shoes
- Uniforms only – no hoodies, sleeveless shirts, tied shirts, or non-approved hats
Professionalism
- Maintain respectful language – no vulgar or offensive talk
- Keep music low and appropriate
- Avoid blocking driveways (customer’s or neighbors’)
- Use wheelbarrow paths on grass only
- Place weed barrier if working with DG on driveways or streets
- Eat meals only in designated break areas
- Use portable restrooms only – never customer’s home
- Store tools in the designated work zone
Safety
- Always wear a safety vest on-site
- Begin each day with a team stretch
- Confirm ground safety before digging
- Immediately report any safety hazards
- Wear safety glasses when operating machines
- Use gloves with all hand tools
- Conduct a magnet sweep of the site before leaving (check for nails, blades, etc.)
Workspace
- Set up clearly defined zones for tools, materials, trash, and water
- Maintain a clean and organized restroom
- Keep worksite clean at all times
- Return tools to their place after use
- Do not store materials in the front yard
- Never leave trash or bottles on the ground
- Close gates after opening them
- Clean and secure property before leaving daily
- Pressure wash the work zone before final departure

The two-year workmanship warranty covers any defects in workmanship directly related to the installation process of the artificial grass. This includes issues such as improper seam alignment, inadequate infill application, or insufficient anchoring of the grass. Our warranty is designed to protect you from any potential installation-related problems that may arise within the warranty period.
