The 70t® Synthetic Turf model is one of our best-selling models designed to create the ultimate low-maintenance, realistic, and long-lasting lawn. 5-color technology creates dimension and realism, creating the perfect dark green shade. Made with a 70-ounce pile weight and 1.5-inch pile height, this turf model offers a soft yet durable surface ideal for kids, pets, and athletes. UV resilience, proper drainage, and an advanced backing system have been implemented to ensure performance throughout harsh weather conditions and high-traffic areas. This kid- and pet-safe turf model has been tested to ensure it meets or exceeds EPA standards for RCRA hazardous waste and heavy metals, including lead. 70t is one of our most versatile models for all applications, including residential lawns, commercial landscapes, pet areas, and playgrounds.

FIBER DETAIL

The fiber shall be 100% non-abrasive polyethylene designed specifically for outdoor use and treated with UV inhibitor and stabilizers to resist the effects of ultraviolet degradation, heat, foot traffic, water and airborne pollutants. The fiber shall meet or exceed EPA standards for RCRA hazardous waste heavy metals including lead. The fiber shall meet the following requirements:

BACKING DETAIL

The primary backing shall be a heat and UV resistant product. The primary backing shall provide dimensional stability in all directions to prevent stretching, and distortion upon installation. The secondary coating shall saturate the primary backing and effectively lock the fiber tufts in place. The backing shall meet the following requirements:
