Warranty

The five-year workmanship warranty covers any defects in workmanship directly related to the installation process of the artificial grass. This includes issues such as improper seam alignment, inadequate infill application, or insufficient anchoring of the grass. Our warranty is designed to protect you from any potential installation-related problems that may arise within the warranty period.

Contact our Service Coordinator and provide a detailed description of the issue along with photographs if possible.

Assessment

Our team will assess claim in 48-hours or less

Resolution

Execute repair if warranty in 96-hours or less

Synturf Installations 5-Year Workmanship Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Synturf Installations (“Company”) provides a 5-year workmanship warranty (“Warranty”) on all artificial grass installations (“Installation”) performed by the Company. This Warranty covers defects in workmanship that arise during normal use and maintenance of the Installation.

Warranty Period

The Warranty period begins on the date of completion of the Installation and extends for a period of five (5) years.

Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:
Turf Burn: Damage caused by exposure to intense heat or friction, such as from fire pits, grills, or reflected sunlight.
Abuse: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, vandalism, or any other form of abuse.
Acts of Nature: Damage caused by natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other acts of nature.
Improper Maintenance: Damage resulting from improper maintenance, cleaning, or use of unauthorized chemicals or equipment.

Warranty Claims

To make a Warranty claim, please contact our dedicated warranty line at [phone number]. Our team will respond to your claim within 24 hours or less. A decision regarding the claim will be made within 72 hours, and if approved, the repair will be completed within five (5) working days or less.

Limitations

This Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective workmanship, at the Company’s discretion. The Company is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the defect.

Transferability

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Installation.

Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Installation was performed.
